Barbed Nets is a common hunter spell card, from the Voyage to the Sunken City set.
How to get

Notes
- You cannot undo nor cancel the first chosen target while assigning the second target.
- You cannot choose the same target twice, e.g. if your opponent has no minions, you can't hit the enemy hero twice.
- If you cast Barbed Nets twice (by Twinbow Terrorcoil for example), the second sequence will deal damage to the first target of the first sequence, but will still allow you to choose the second target freely.[1]
