- This card has a 1% chance of appearing in a game if the following conditions are met:[1]
- All heroes in the lobby must have a valid Buddy option.
- Nobody can be playing as
Elise Starseeker or Sir Finley Mrrgglton.
- If both of these conditions are met and the 1% chance of it appearing happens, Partner in Crime is offered to everyone in the lobby.
