Lore[edit | edit source]
Bloodworms is a Blood death knight talent which causes the death knight's auto attacks to have a chance to summon a Bloodworm. The worms deal minor damage to enemies for 15 seconds before bursting, at which point they instantly heal the death knight for 15% of their missing health. If the death knight drops below 50% health, all of their Bloodworms will immediately burst and heal them.
