Carrion grubs (also called carrion worms and maggot beasts) are carrion-eating larvae living in plagued areas of Azeroth. They are especially living in the scourged zones of Lordaeron.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • This card's flavor text is a reference to the 1977 Kansas song "Carry On Wayward Son".
  • This is the first "vanilla" minion for the hunter class, having no special abilities, although it does have the Beast minion type.
  • This is the second class-specific "vanilla" minion, the first being  Fearsome Doomguard from The Grand Tournament set.
