Chadd Nervig (aka Celestalon) is a Blizzard employee, working as a Game Designer and Features Lead on the Team 5Hearthstone development team.
Celestalon was a Technical Class/Systems Designer for World of Warcraft.[1] He left the World of Warcraft team to join the Hearthstone team on December 8th 2017.[2]
Celestalon has been a part of many interviews and videos, and is actively in touch with the community on Twitter.
He works as part of the "Features" division of Team 5, mentioning having worked on the random hero skin feature, and the ability to put more than 30 cards in a deck while creating it, to name a few.[3]
