- Unlike most weapon-generating effects, this card's Deathrattle does not equip the weapon, but places it in the player's hand. This means the player will have to pay its mana cost to equip it, and also means that if the player's hand is full, the weapon will not be generated.

One of the many items within Karazhan originally enchanted by Medivh to entertain his guests, the Deadly Fork's Deathrattle represents the hero picking up the lifeless fork and using it as a weapon.[1]
