This section uses content from the Warcraft Wiki.- Dire wolves, also known as Darkwolves, are extra ordinary large and powerful wolves. Many, if not all, dire wolves would appear to originate from Draenor. They are the mounts of orcish raiders.
- Dire wolves are also summoned by far seers as spirit wolves.
