Jon Briggs is a Blizzard Entertainment employee, and golden card artist on Hearthstone.

  • Briggs is one of the artists responsible for the creation of the art for the game's golden cards.[1]
  • Briggs was responsible for the animation of the majority of the Goblins vs Gnomes golden cards.[2] It took him around 2 months to create golden art for the 143 cards added with the expansions, averaging 3-4 cards per day.[2]
  • Briggs began working on Hearthstone in 2011.[2] He started out as the game's first Assistant Project Lead for its Quality Assurance team, before tackling the initial prototyping and creation game's golden cards.[2]
