- The artwork for this card comes from the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game "Drums of War" series, for the card Cymbre Shadowdrifter.
- This was the only non-hunter, class-specific Beast card in the game before Goblins vs Gnomes, which added more druid Beasts in
Malorne and Druid of the Fang's Beast form.
