I'm wondering if you have the Scepter of Summoning if the -1 mana cost per spell cast counts down from the modified 5 (instead of 12) or if the mana counts down from 12 and is just lowered to five if sitll higher.

I'll find out soon I think because I'll gamble for it, as it's part of Giant Army with Simulacrum and Echo of Medivh right now. Tycio (talk) 09:03, 28 January 2021 (UTC)
