Why use 'nowiki' tag here?[edit source]
I've noticed a recent edit says ''Hearthstone''< nowiki/ >'s master of war(...). Is the opening 'nowiki' tag missing or is the closing one not needed? -- Karol007 (talk) 22:29, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
- It's not actually a closing tag, that would be </nowiki>. <nowiki/> is an open/close tag, so it basically does precisely nothing. It's there to break up the apostrophes, preventing the apostrophe from being incorrectly italicised and also potential errors when other apostrophes are used in certain combinations. -- Taohinton (talk) 23:25, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
