• The player always gets Chaos Strike, Eye Beam, Stolen Vengeance on mulligan.
  • These cards can be replaced with Immolation Aura, Spectral Sight, Talented Arcanist. The replacement takes place from left to right (i.e., if the player replaced one card, they will receive Immolation Aura regardless of whether Chaos Strike or Stolen Vengeance was replaced).
• The player always draws the cards on first eleven turns in the next order:
  • Turn 2 - Felscream Blast
  • Turn 3 - Talented Arcanist
  • Turn 4 - Double Jump
  • Turn 5 - Acrobatics
  • Turn 6 - Kael'thas Sunstrider
  • Turn 7 - Mo'arg Artificer
  • Turn 8 - Felosophy
  • Turn 9 - Illidari Studies
  • Turn 10 - Lady Vashj
  • Turn 11 - Sigil of Flame
    • If the player draws another card per turn, the next card in the list will be drawn. Further cards drawn on this turn will be random.
    • If the player has drawn more than one card per turn, a random one will be drawn on the next turn.
• Boss starts with three Icecrown Obelisks on the board while the player starts with one.
• The player has to gain control of all Icecrown Obelisks to win this encounter.
  • If the player kills several obelisks at once, but there is not enough space on the board, the obelisks will still come under the player's control removing other minions.
• Despite the wording, Frostmourne's battlecry destroys the minions instead of removing them.
  • Frostmourne's battlecry does not affect Icecrown Obelisks.
