Template:Deranged Doctor strategy

Deranged Doctor can be a source of much needed healing with a big body late game in specific decks. The 8/8 body is very beneficial, but the card is often a slow play on turn 8 because the health restoration is a Deathrattle and Deranged Doctor lacks Taunt.

In constructed play, this card's Deathrattle can be exploited with cards that can activate its Deathrattle early, like Necrium Blade, Nine Lives, and Fel Lord Betrug, along with cards that can cheat this minion from your deck, like Darkest Hour.

In Arena, its 8/8 for 8 body is extremely playable, and an extra 8 health if you are being raced to lethal can win games.
