This minion is a good midrange or control minion for Dragon decks. It serves a similar purpose to 
Wyrmrest Agent, gaining Lifesteal instead of Taunt. It's great at dealing with small aggressive minions like 
Flame Imp, 
Battlefiend, and 
Blazing Battlemage, dealing with them while also recovering lost health. It's also a good target for cards like 
Psyche Split and Power Infusion, extending its Lifesteal.
