Template:Dreadlord's Bite strategy

Dreadlord's Bite is a powerful card in aggressive archetype's due its ability to both create tempo by dealing damage to multiple enemy minions (which is especially useful against low-health stealth minions frequently played by Rogue's, such as Worgen Infiltrator and Spymistress) whilst also effectively acting as a 4-5 direct damage.

Another reason for its inclusion in aggressive decks is that the faster you can empty your hand, the more reliably you can activate the Outcast effect, which is a prominent reason for it's inclusion in a deck to begin with as it competes in function and mana slot with Aldrachi Warblades.

This weapon's mana cost of 3 means it can be included relatively safely in decks that include Stiltstepper (another powerful aggressive card from the same set) as well as Skull of Gul'dan.
