Skydiving Instructor is a decent flooding card. It has notable synergy in Zoolock, which has multiple 1-cost minions and cards with negative Battlecries, such as 
Flame Imp.
It can also be used to pull crucial 1-cost cards from the deck, such as 
Spirit of the Dead or 
Elwynn Boar.
Skydiving Instructor can be combined with 
Luna's Pocket Galaxy to reduce the cost of all minions to 1, letting it pull any minion from the deck.
