Starscryer effectively adds a tutor effect and an additional attack point to 
Loot Hoarder. While the draw restriction is too generic for a Mage to build a combo deck around, it can be useful for ensuring you have spells to use with cards like 
Mana Cyclone and Magic Dart Frog. The threatening attack value and card cycle make this an ideal Tempo Mage minion.
