Blood-Queen Lana'thel is a boss found in the Knights of the Frozen Throne mission. She is the first boss of the mission's Upper Reaches wing and fourth boss of the mission overall.

This section uses content from the Warcraft Wiki.- Blood-Queen Lana'thel, pronounced (LEH-nuh-THEL), is the leader of the San'layn, a group of Kael'thas' greatest followers, raised in undeath by The Lich King and transformed into vampiric beings.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Mindbreaker doesn't work.
- Coldarra Drake will force you to bite every minion on the board.
- If you have Maiden of the Lake and 0 mana you can end your turn without using Vampiric Bite
- Effects that give you random cards "from your opponent class" like Burgle will give you
The Coin instead, however 
Hallucination will let you choose from 3 Rogue class cards.
