- After the player defeat Headless Horseman, the boss is immediately turned into Headless Horseman (no head) with 1 health, then a Headless Horseman's Head is summoned on its side of the board.
- Headless Horseman's Head has these following effects:
- Can't be targeted by Spells or Hero Powers.
- Your hero is Immune.
- When it dies, destroy your hero.
- At the end of your opponent's turn, deal 3 damage randomly split among all enemies.
- Can't be Silenced.
