- Jandice's Battlecry summons two random five-mana minions, then presents a choice between the two and places an Enchantment on the one the player selects. The enchantment causes the minion to die if it takes any damage.
- Since the effect is an enchantment, it can be removed by Silence, Transform, and Return to hand effects.
- The enchantment's visual effect is a blue aura around the card. To the opponent, the visual will appear on both summoned minions until one of the minions takes damage or is removed from the board.

Jandice Barov was the daughter of Lord Alexei Barov and Lady Illucia Barov, the aristocrats who originally made a deal with 
Headmaster Kel'Thuzad to establish the school of necromancy at Scholomance. She was a powerful 
Archmage in her own right who specialized in illusion magic.
After the school's corruption, her undead spirit continued to both teach illusion magic and to aggress against any adventurer foolish enough to raid the school's ruins. It is also rumored that her shade attempts to protect innocent spirits against the horrifying experiments of Doctor Krastinov, who was in charge of procuring corpses for Kel'Thuzad in both life and undeath.

Barov's spirit lurked in the recesses of Scholomance for years, but now she has taken a more active role in educating the next generation of magi. Her vast knowledge of illusions has made her both a valued educator and a dangerous opponent to anyone foolish enough to draw her ire.
