Lesser Heal is the priest's basic Hero Power.

- In addition to the controlling hero and their own minions, this Hero Power can also target the enemy hero and their minions. This can be useful to trigger effects such as
Northshire Cleric or Lightwarden, or to un-enrage enemy minions. - Prophet Velen doubles the healing of this Hero Power.
- When used with Auchenai Soulpriest or
Embrace the Shadow, this Hero Power will instead deal 2 damage to target character. The damage dealt can also be increased as usual by Prophet Velen and 
Fallen Hero. - If a player has this Hero Power, Justicar Trueheart's Battlecry will replace it with Heal, doubling its effect.

- The artwork for this card comes from the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game "Heroes of Azeroth" series, depicting the Paladin spell Touched by Light. Due to the artwork originating from a Paladin ability, it depicts a hand wearing plate armor, even though priests can only wear cloth armor in World of Warcraft.
