Lore

Reckoning was a paladin talent in the Protection tree that passively let the paladin's next auto-attack strike an additional time after suffering a critical strike. It was removed in Mists of Pandaria.

Trivia

  • The artwork for this card depicts the "Reckoning Bomb", an incident where a paladin disabled auto-attacks and dueled another player for hours to build thousands of stacks of Reckoning, then used them to one-shot the world boss Lord Kazzak. Following this, Reckoning was quickly hotfixed to only hold up to four stacks.
