This section uses content from the Warcraft Wiki.- Sarilus Foulborne is a Forsaken mage sitting at the top of Dreadmist Peak in the Northern Barrens. He filled the Mystral Lake in Ashenvale with corrupted water elementals. As he was the only undead mage in the Barrens capable of defiling this many water elementals, Sentinel Velene Starstrike wanted his head.
