Secrets[edit source]

If i use a freeze efect card or spell on hero .... does it efects on the secred card that hero have played — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.53.1.95 (talk • contribs) 15:07, 23 April 2014‎

No. Secrets act independently of the controlling hero. -- Taohinton (talk) 22:36, 23 April 2014 (UTC)

Table not working[edit source]

I don't see the table in Freeze#Cards_with_Freeze, just the card images. I did try the 'Missing cards' trick, I did check Windfury page, which has similar 'Windfury (ability)' name, but I still can't make it appear. Concept:Cards_with_Freeze shows zero cards too. I guess we should drop the 'ability' part, like Concept:Cards_with_Windfury, but I don't want to mess things up. -- Karol007 (talk) 20:25, 15 August 2015 (UTC)

Yup, that's correct. I've updated the concept, but I've also switched over to the modern setup, directly querying for abilities and tags rather than going through a concept. Less to go wrong that way. -- Taohinton (talk) 20:49, 15 August 2015 (UTC)

Can you silence (and thus e.g. un-freeze) heroes?[edit source]

Silence says "Silence is an ability which removes all current card text, enchantments, and abilities from the targeted minion."

Freeze article says "Silencing a Frozen character will remove the Freeze effect." Characters = minions or heroes. Can you silence a hero? Sometimes you can't silence any minion, but only a demon, but IMHO we shouldn't be using the word 'character' here. -- Karol007 (talk) 16:48, 15 January 2016 (UTC)

Back when you could silence Lord Jaraxxus, it removed Freeze. Currently there is no way to silence a Hero, but if one is added again, it will work as described. --Patashu (talk) 00:19, 16 January 2016 (UTC)
So you're saying the note on  Light's Champion is out of date, Patashu? If so it should be removed or moved down to Trivia at least. Is that what "This interaction was fixed" is meant to convey? -- Taohinton (talk) 03:11, 16 January 2016 (UTC)
I already mention the patch it was fixed in, but to be clear, I moved it to 'fixed bugs'. --Patashu (talk) 04:00, 16 January 2016 (UTC)
Cheers. Since it doesn't affect gameplay any more and it's been 2 months+ since the behaviour was fixed (plus the card isn't particularly popular), I've put it down in Trivia, and changed it to past tense. -- Taohinton (talk) 05:43, 16 January 2016 (UTC)
