Template:Embrace the Shadow notes

• This spell creates an enchantment attached to the player, with an ongoing effect that modifies all of its controller's healing effects and makes them deal damage instead. The enchantment wears off at the end of the current turn.
• Embrace the Shadow's ongoing effect is functionally identical to the ongoing effect of Auchenai Soulpriest: for additional notes on Embrace the Shadow's general mechanic, see Auchenai Soulpriest#Notes.
• it is possible to play this followed by Reno Jackson to self-terminate: Reno normally heals an amount equal to your maximum health (30) so playing him after ETS will result in taking 30 damage. This will kill most players except in rare situations like where they have more Armor than they do missing health
