• Like all Destroy-related effects, Thermaplugg's triggered effect does not activate until the minion deaths have been resolved. This means that if an effect such as Hellfire destroys Thermaplugg at the same time as enemy minions, his effect will not be triggered, and he therefore will not summon Leper Gnomes to replace them.
