- Moorabi needs to be in play when a minion becomes Frozen in order for his effect to activate, meaning that his effect will not activate off of minions that are already Frozen when he enters the battlefield.[1]
- Moorabi's effect can activate off of Freezing a minion that has already been Frozen that turn.[1][2]
