Water-Toting Murlocs is a boss that can be encountered initially in Chapter 2 of Tombs of Terror. After completing Chapter 2, this boss encounter will be available in any completed chapter.

Strategy

Even though Fish Food is not an always-on hero power, the AI will use it any time a Murloc minion is on the map, even if it's only on the player's side. Despite the phrasing "all Murlocs" it will not heal itself or Finley (if he is the player's hero) because neither hero is recognized as Murloc-class, only minions.

Board removal against high-health Murloc enemies while keeping one's own higher-health Murlocs alive is the best way to play against the hero power.
