Miniaturize is a mechanic introduced in Whizbang's Workshop. Whenever a card with Miniaturize is played, a 1-mana 1/1 version of that card is added to the player's hand.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Cards with Miniaturize generate a new unique card, instead of just a copy of themselves with stats set to 1/1.
- The new card will have new artwork and the Miniaturize keyword is replaced with Mini, but the name of the card, as well as all other text and minion types remain the same.
- Mini cards will not keep any enchantments from the parent card.
- Miniaturize is an on-play effect, meaning it will not trigger when the Miniaturize card is summoned.
- Miniaturize is triggered when the card is played, before any Battlecries or other on-play effects.
- Mini cards are generated in the same spot in hand as the Miniaturize card.
